You did not end up on this list. You asked to be here - and you can leave the moment you decide to.

Here is all of it. What I hold. What I will never do with it.

Who this is from

GALA Personal Growth Institute L.L.C-FZ is a private practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded by Ghaleb Al Ahdab.

The work is conducted personally. Every session. Every conversation. Every word you send.

Independence

GALA Personal Growth Institute is an independent venture, established and operated by Ghaleb Al Ahdab. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to any current or former employer of its founder.

All content, communications and engagements published by GALA Personal Growth Institute are the work and the views of Ghaleb Al Ahdab in a personal capacity. They represent no other person or organization and are made on behalf of no one else.

Where a professional career is referenced, it is referenced as biography - as the experience that shaped this work. Nothing more is implied, and nothing more should be inferred.

Why you are hearing from me

Because you asked. You entered your details to receive a book, or you registered to hear from me.

You were not added to a list. You are not being marketed to by an audience you never joined.

What I collect

Your name. Your title or position. Your email address. Your phone number.

That is all. Nothing is bought from a broker. Nothing is inferred about you from anywhere else.

If you write to me directly, I keep what you wrote and what I answered - the same way anyone keeps a letter.

The application - read this part properly

If you apply for a Restore Your Clarity Call, I ask you for something different.

I ask you to describe the gap you are living in. What staying in it is costing you. What you want on the other side. How ready you actually are.

People write things there they have never said out loud.

So you should know exactly what happens to it.

It is read by me. Personally. Not routed to a queue. Not scored by a system.

It is never used as content. Not in a reel. Not in a post. Not in an email. Not anonymized, not paraphrased, not "inspired by." What you write is not material.

It is never shown to anyone. No testimonials are requested from clients, published, or displayed anywhere by GALA - as a matter of standing policy, not case by case. What happens in this work stays where it happened.

It is kept only as long as it is needed, and it is deleted on your word, at any time, without explanation.

You are being asked to be honest with a stranger. The least you are owed is knowing precisely where that honesty lands.

What I never do

I never sell your information.

I never rent it, trade it, or pass it to a partner.

I never share it with an advertiser.

I never use what you tell me to sell to you.

There is no version of this where your private disclosure becomes someone else's asset.

How the work reaches you

Sessions run on video. We correspond by email and by message. Records are kept in secure storage. These are the ordinary tools of the work, they hold only what running your engagement requires, and none of them is a route to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you. You can ask me to correct it. You can ask me to delete it. You can withdraw your consent, at any moment, for any reason or none.

Write to [email protected] and it is done. You do not need to justify it.

Processing is governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

If you no longer want to hear from me

Then stop hearing from me.

One click below. It takes effect immediately and completely. Nothing follows it - no last offer, no win-back, no attempt to keep you.

I am not going to ask you to ... stay.

If this work is for you, you already know. And if it is not, you should not have to argue with a mailing list about it.

The door stays open. It was never going to close.
